When you fill in our enquiry form, message us on WhatsApp, call or email us, we may collect:

Your name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number and country
The medical condition or treatment you are asking about
Medical reports and documents you choose to upload or send us
Basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type, which our web server records automatically

To contact you about your enquiry and answer your questions
To arrange a medical opinion, treatment plan and cost estimate from Medanta hospital doctors
To help with your medical visa letter, travel, accommodation and appointments
To keep a record of our communication with you

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

With your consent, we share your details and medical reports with the Medanta hospital(s) and doctors involved in your care, so they can review your case. We may also share the information needed for your visa or travel arrangements with the relevant service providers. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. How we protect and keep your information

Enquiries and uploaded reports are stored on secured servers that only authorised Rabanta Care staff can access. We keep your information only as long as needed to help with your treatment and to meet legal requirements, and then delete it.

6. Advertising and cookies

We use Google Ads to measure how people find our website. Google may use cookies or similar technology for this. You can manage ad personalisation in your Google Ad Settings. Our website also stores a small setting in your browser to remember that you have read our disclaimer.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@rabantacare.com. We will respond as soon as possible.

8. Medical disclaimer

Rabanta Care does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. All medical opinions and treatment are provided by Medanta hospitals and their qualified doctors.
